QuickRoom3D is designed to work entirely on your device. It does not collect, transmit, or sell your personal data. This policy explains what the app accesses and how it's used.

Information We Collect

QuickRoom3D does not collect personal information. We have no servers, no user accounts, and no analytics.

Camera & LiDAR

When you start a scan, QuickRoom3D uses your device's camera and LiDAR scanner to measure a room, powered by Apple's RoomPlan framework. This happens entirely on your device. The camera feed is used only to build the room model while you scan — it is never recorded, uploaded, or sent anywhere.

How We Use Your Information

The 3D models, floor plans, measurements, and notes you create stay on your device. The app works without an internet connection.

We do not:

  • Create user accounts or profiles
  • Track your usage or behavior
  • Collect analytics or crash reports
  • Share data with advertisers
  • Send your scans, photos, or measurements to any server

Data Storage

Your scans — including 3D models, floor plans, measurements, and annotations — are stored locally on your device using standard iOS storage. This data is not transmitted anywhere and is removed when you delete the app.

Sharing & Export

QuickRoom3D lets you export a 3D model (USDZ) or a floor-plan image and share it using the standard iOS share sheet. Sharing happens only when you explicitly choose to, and the destination (Files, Mail, AirDrop, another app, etc.) is entirely up to you. We are not involved in and have no access to anything you share.

Third-Party Services

Apple RoomPlan & ARKit

Room scanning is provided by Apple's RoomPlan and ARKit frameworks, which run on your device. QuickRoom3D does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or data-collection services. Apple's privacy policy applies to these system frameworks.

Children's Privacy

QuickRoom3D does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. The app does not require any personal information to function.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
